The Story
From finance to the operating room
The path into technology did not begin with a traditional technical role. It began by learning how the business actually worked.
Adriana started in accounting and finance, close to the numbers, processes, and operating decisions that determine whether a company grows. Over time, she moved closer to execution, technology deployment, commercial strategy, and international expansion.
That progression shaped an operator’s perspective: technology is only valuable when the organization can adopt it, the frontline can use it, and the business can sustain it. Today, her work connects strategy with the decisions required to make it real.
